I'mma Runner 101 #1: The Music Motivator for Runners!

HELLO THERE!

"New Year means new life and a better Angela Mae Abad to see."

Well as all you know, running industry in our country becoming the new black or should I say “trend” to all of us Filipinos who wants to live healthy in a natural way.

Well good news, this is what makes me busy from this very moment. (I will tell you my runner’s experience in my next article)

My first “I’mma Runner 101” for today is all about music!

YES! Music (as every runner that I met said) is a good motivator during a hard breaking-a-sweat marathon or race. It helps runner’s brain to stay focus and relaxed. And according to this site http://www.run2r.com/why-use-run2r+benefits-of-run2rhythm.aspx, adding a little sound trip in your running activity will give you these wonderful benefits:

· Gives run cadence control.

· Puts bounce in your step.

· Help simulate speeds required to achieve run/race goals. I.E if your aim is to complete a 10km run in 50 minutes, selecting our music with 166 BPM will simulate the pace required.

· will help you avoid injuries and illness so frequently common among runners due to “over-use” and “over-training”

· Helps the breathing pattern become more relaxed thus more efficient oxygen intake.

· Keeps the cadence correct and reinforces the ‘effort/relax’ aspect of ideal running – something running to HR (heart rate) and pace cannot do.

· Helps the muscles to relax during a long run resulting in better capillary blood flow and less muscle fatigue.

· Improves the ability to use fat as a fuel source.

· Will improve the muscle’s ability to store glycogen.

· Helps you find the mind and body meld that puts you ‘in the zone’.

· Makes you feel good.

The first thing that I do a day before I start my training is to organize my playlist on my phone.

Running in a marathon or a race without a nice sound trip for me is becoming frustrating and heavy in my inner system because I’m running out of focus and sometimes I’m out of my zone because instead of going to the flow of my every step, it becoming a distraction when the wind is suddenly blows my ears that makes me irritate. There are times also that I don’t feel relaxed and I get easily exhausted cuz’ my heart didn’t function well. Music, with a good beats and rhythm helps my mind and body relaxed and it push me to move further and faster.

We Filipinos cannot live without music in our lives didn’t us? (I know better now), and so as we runners, no matter what your standards may be. But of course a proper sounds and songs should be considered to carefully choose when running a race or a marathon is concern.

Some of the runners have their own playlist and choice of songs of their own. But remember that the songs that we listen have their own limitation when it comes to our distance, speed and time required (check this site: http://www.run2r.com/running-music-store.aspx)

Me, I had my own playlist. Here’s how I handle it:

~I start my 30 min. warm up with a playlist full of love songs (happy love songs)

- It helps me relaxed and stretch well my muscles. It also helps my mind and body to get ready and puts me into the zone.

What kind of vampire movie ( or t.v series) that really sick to your stomach?

No, I don't have any.... (but I really felt the disappointment after not still watching "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" which I'd planned to watch since last year of November arggg!)

Anyway, the title of this movie really catch my attention that starts with a laughter.

Why? see it for yourself people!

Well, "Vampires Suck" is an comedy spoof of vampire-themed movies, where teenager Becca finds herself torn between two boys. As she and her friends wrestle with a number of different dramas, everything comes to a head at their prom.

The concept of the movie is like Twilight-meets-buffy-meets-lady gaga-meets mad t.v. theme (and a whole lot of it! Promise)

This film was directed by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the maker of the film "Meet the Spartans" (So you know now what are you going to expect from the movie.)

The film will be released at August 18.

I'm still at in daze....after an unexpected invitation from talachups (Christalyn Maramag), saying that there's going to have an bonding with laarni last sunday midnight at Kuya mark's house (which is the first time meeting him, at I must say that the guy is really nice!)
I still haven't regain some sleep for my Midterm Examination this week,but the moment and the time was really worth it!After two years, not seeing her after her success at pda, I must say that I really miss her.

Two days before my birthday, I send him an invitation for my 19th birthday via Facebook Message. I don’t know if he read it or if he really cares. So I really expect the unexpected.

One year had passed by the time that we met until we ended up with nothing, yet this unexplainable feeling inside me still haunting me every moment I felt like missing him.

These days, the questions have added, the longing for him is really hard to resist, and the memories is always be reminisce.

Does is he still care? How is he doing without me, his “special friend” that I promised to be loyal with, feel honest with, give love with and even though not every day, I will be the one that he can always count on? I think all of it just left as the way it is as always….words.

No! I don’t want to do it!

Despite of all the longing and the memories, I’d still missed him so.

I want to be optimistic and brave as much as possible. That I’m not the only one (maybe) who suffers in this kind of situation, that maybe he misses me also and he think about me sometimes.

Why it is so hard to forget a person that sometimes takes a significant role in your life? Is it the moments? The days and times you’d shared with him? The laughter and the secret sentiments that both of you have shared no matter how long is it?

Maybe god has reasons and purpose why he let this friendship to end.

Maybe that we will meet again on the time that we feel comfortable to start again.

But all that I know right now is that I cannot easily forget a person when you cherish every moment having him near you, no matter how long you two have been together.

Till then, I must control myself from this feeling especially when he’s around.

While these questions added each day, my longing for him keeps on going through, and this unexplainable feeling keeps on growing, I will try my best to move on with my life, focus on what needs to do, even if it takes for me to letting go of this person that once became a part of my life and left things unfinished.

I know god has his purpose and I want to know what it is.

Even leaving my love life is an option. That’s it!

The Short Second life of Bree Tanner~ My Steph Meyer's Fifth Book Experience

It’s finally here!
Stephenie Meyer’s fifth book (The Short and Second Life of Bree Tanner) has finally launched in this wet, rainy Sunday morning at any Power Books Branches.

I felt a little confused when I started reading the part when Jasper Cullen (Eclipse) tell his part of his story when he became a Newborn and how he live with it, because it has some points of thoughts there where there’s lack of closures on how they totally survive themselves, living in human blood and controlling their powers as well as their existence.
My thoughts about it after reading the 3rd book, which is the Eclipse, is that the conception or should I said the perception is that the “newborn” story there is only part of what Bella’s see or hear. So, to widen the knowledge or the comprehension that the third book wants to portrait, Steph Meyer create an another “novella” that will clear all the disclosures that’s written on the third one.

Bree Tanner is a three-month old newborn who’s created by Victoria, the Cullen’s and Bella’s immortal Enemy. Victoria was creating an army of Newborn to finally diminish Edward Cullen, as well as Bella Swan.

Bree somehow seems like an “another” name added on the third book, but as I personally read her side of the story (sort of), she was more than a Newborn that Victoria created for a dirty purpose. In fact, she was the eyes and ears of the newborns, and she tells more than anything but their true intentions of living as a Newborn and how to cope with that new life.

Like any novel, not everyone ends like a happy ending after her Volturi’s Death Execution.
Meyer is still thinking of a possibility that her supposedly fifth book “The Midnight Sun” will be finished without a specific time, because of illegally posted it on the World Wide Web. (but hopefully she does, because it is a very good concept that we will see and feel Edward Cullen’s side also).

It’s been almost a week since I keep on rewind myself on her first debut single and feel so LSS on this ear-catching line “like a pyramid, like a pyramid….yeah”.

I’m talking about the phenomenon, Charice on her very first international self-titled album which is been produced and studied by the great hands of David Poster and other high-ranked producers.

A petite young 17 turned 18 year old sensation is going to prove the world marked what she’s got after sweep the World Wide Web (YouTube) by her powerful voice and being like an second child of the high-pioneered personalities in the world entertainment (like Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah and many more).

In this album, the balladeer turned into a teen pop is trying to win people’s heart by these new fresh songs which concept is to lift up the teen’s spirit by love songs and pop attract.

By listening to her debut album (pyramid) which makes it to the billboard charts on the higher rank, many people react to it as a high expectation for her as a new proclaimed “pop princess” despite of her former genre which is taking high notes and making people high to their sits as she previously sing songs from Celine Dion and Whitney Houston.

Well, some of her songs (which I admitted that I really liked) like I did it for you, nobody’s singin’ for me still have this high range of voice that I liked about her from the very first place.

My first bittersweet Election Day~o~

It’s better automated

This is the quote that the Commission of Elections proudly stated to many of us Filipinos after the approval of the usage of PCOS Machines on its very first fully automated election.
But what happen in this particular day after all the disappointments, frustrations but with a big realization, my bitter-sweet voting experience is one of the significant events in my life that I will never forget.

I woke up almost quarter to five in a morning after overhearing my alarm in my phone (hot and cold by Katy Perry) for me to come early in my designated school and designated prescient. As a first time voter, many of my professors in my university already warned us about the big possibility for a slow procedure of this first automated election. And they’re very right about that matter. There’s a chaotic principal whose throwing some of the armchairs in the classroom because she, herself didn’t know what to do to start the voting procedure. But it’s not just the new story that we heard in this moment. We all know that these procedures like waiting for hours for your turn is not new to us, yet some the new procedures that they have makes me realize that its better manual than automated. Why? Let me count the ways.

~ Lack of people
In every classroom, they handle six precincts. The bad picture, there are only have three people whose very tired and frustrated by the noise and haste of these voters to conduct the voting procedures. So imagine if the COMELEC officers especially those poll watchers (that really pissed me off) just assist the voters from falling in a right line to inform them in what the right thing to do, then this election will run smoothly as possible.

~ Lack of people’s initiative
Many of the voters in my area were really got into my nerves. Many of them are still looking for their prescient number, asking for what things to do during the voting procedures, knowing that they must know these things from the first place before the Election Day. This lack of initiatives of these people is of the reason why this country will never going to taste progress.
And many more………

As for now, after my vote is being invalid by that PCOS machines and it became the reason for my votes not to include in tally of votes, me, myself still hoping that this rights of mine be consider by the commissioners. I just going to make myself be optimistic and pray, hoping that my votes will be included, but I won’t let this pass without the COMELEC knowing.

And despite of it, whatever might happen, god always has any reason for anything, and hopefully that it’s not too late for a change! it's not too late that the people in this country see right through it that this is the time. This is it~

Who Deserve Your Vote? Why Do you need To be Concerned?

Few days before the massive, exciting, mind-blowing Election Day, many politicians (or want to be a politicians) nowadays do many desperate things to win you vote. (You can guess what kind of desperate measures might be). Last Tuesday as I watched the interview of the COMELEC spokesperson in Boy Abunda’s show (The Bottom line) he said that in this new procedure that we going to have in this first ever Automated Poll Election will be fast, accurate and it will have a less possible for malfunction or bias failure of the machines.

We all know that it’s not new that every Election season, there’s a lot of bias or should I say cheating procedure that every party in every political candidate secretly doing to win and put the power at their hands…..and I must say that they might doing a good job, well we will never allow that to happen again. I must say that days had pass, I make it so hard to choose a right person for a right position, until I finally made up my mind! Want to know my own checklist? Well, I do hope that this might help you out for good.

~ I DO NOT RELY ON SURVEYS OR POPULARITY BASIS

An amazing phrase that once Senator (and a presidentiable candidate) Richard Gordon said that if you only rely your votes based on surveys, then we must not waste billions of pesos worth of machines like that and we shouldn’t have a national election from the first place for us to save money anyway. He has a point because at the end of this all popularity nonsense, the performance will judge all of it.

~ I DO NOT RELY ON ENDORSEMENTS AND COMMERCIALS

Whatever it might be, celebrity endorsements (especially), individual or by-group endorsements are so not in my list for me to determine my new national leader. It’s been a virus on the news that even celebrity endorsers are getting involved in this nasty, worthless black propaganda of every election candidate that questioned the silent private life of this artist. After being paid, this is what they got? Well, that’s not the main point; the bottom line is you are voting for real next leaders here, not for the endorsers, so don’t waste any moment for it.

~ I RELY TO EVERY IMPORMATION THAT I CAN GET

They are everywhere; mass media to networking sites are very useful and reliable source to know a lot of information and even the tiniest yet powerful proofs of controversies in just one click to your mouse. Yeah right! Much black propaganda nowadays starts in blog sites and even a simple sentence in your friend’s profile status can lead into headlines of controversies to heat up the competition. But as a wise user of these sites, you must be very careful on constructive criticisms because it might affect even the people that should not be affected in these blow-ups. Remember the golden rule? I guess you already get the point.

~ I NOT JUST EASILY APPRECIATE OR TAKE ACHIVEMENTS

I recently said to my friend that I’m not easily appreciated or take things or act of doing things if I didn’t know where on the world they come from, how they make it and why is that for. Yes we already know the achievements and the projects that always being in the main role of their campaign rally. But do you ask yourself if where did it came from and what if there’s a secret agenda or a payment for all of it. It’s like eating in a fast food chain without knowing if the place that you eating your burger are clean or not (Especially in my university….poor realization). But better open your mind and heart into it. We’ll never know that we might be betrayed by a culprit of false achievements.

~ I CHOOSE HIM BECAUSE HE PROMOTES GOOD WILL AND SELF-DICIPLINE

~ I CHOOSE HIM BECAUSE HE’S WILLING TO SACRIFICE FOR A CLEAN WIN; AND

~ I CHOOSE HIM BECAUSE HE’S ALREADY SOMETHING TO PROVE!

In May 10, many things could happen. But remember that whatever it is, we must be ready and alert enough to participate!

This year, the Philippine Madrigal Singers, together with Philippine American Life and Insurance Company and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office will recognize the smooth and flowing of jazz music and blues with Choral Rhythms: The Madz et al Jazz Festival, a week-long festival presentation of nothing but a best choral groups in the Philippines, joined together to celebrate the gift of music in a different level. In this hot, burning, captivating summer season, many things might happen especially in a working-student like me like earning more bucks for my everyday financial needs. I still working out my summer classes for the up-coming enrollment…..which is very disappointing on my part because I let my self-discouragement get in the way, but don’t mind about.

Students will learn the complete vocal process such as Posture, Breathing, Phonation, Resonance, Articulation (Diction) and Interpretation while learning solo songs from different genre apt for the singer's current ability with a performance in the culminating activity.

(10 sessions, 1 hour per session, 2 times a week, preferably a minimum of 2 students per class)

Students will learn the complete vocal process such as Posture, Breathing, Phonation, Resonance, Articulation (Diction) and Interpretation while learning ensemble songs (duets, trios, quartets) from different genre apt for the singer's current ability with a performance in the culminating activity.

Students will learn the technique in playing the piano, be trained to interpret music notation and be exposed to several pieces of the piano repertoire according to their ability.

Students will learn the rudiments and style of playing the set of eight gongs called Kulintang originating from the music cultures of Mindanao. They will learn to interpret the music notation assigned to the instrument and will have a performance in the culminating activity.

Specially offered to existing choirs, this course aims to develop the group’s basic choral skills such as Vocal Technique, Ensemble Singing, Rehearsal Process and Music Interpretation and its application to their existing repertoire with a performance in the culminating activity.

CHORAL SECTIONALS P10,000.00/choir
(3 sessions, 1 hour per session)

Specially offered to one section (Soprano, Alto Tenor or Bass) of an existing choir, this course is offered to improve the section's Vocal Technique to achieve homogeneity, explore vocal colors and apply it to their existing repertoire.

MUSIC FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM

NAME THAT NOTE (Basic Music Theory and Sight Reading) P4,000.00/student
(10 sessions, 1 hour per session, 2 times a week, preferably a minimum of 2 students per class)

Students will learn the basic skills needed to sight sing music such as note values, patterns, pitch names and intervals and its application through singing and playing instruments.

WORLD MUSIC CULTURES P4,000.00/student

Students will visit different musical cultures that have shaped our colorful globe. They will learn about the different instruments involved in musical ensembles and learn to play the Angklung, an Indonesian bamboo ensemble.

WHO'S AFRAID OF CLASSICAL MUSIC? (An Introduction to Classical Music) P4,000.00/student
(10 sessions, 1 hour per session, 2 times a week, preferably a minimum of 2 students per class)

Students will learn the development of classical music as we know it. They will be introduced to the specific periods that have been influential to the growth of music from Europe and that has now spread around the world. Many sessions will include film viewing of concerts, operas, and examples of playing classical music and how it is appreciated by a wide audience.

Love Realization #5

Here's the story:

When I got home that night as my wife served dinner, I held her hand and said, I've got something to tell you. She sat down and ate quietly. Again I observed the hurt in her eyes.

Suddenly I didn't know how to open my mouth. But I had to let her know what I was thinking. I want a divorce.. I raised the topic calmly.

She didn't seem to be annoyed by my words, instead she asked me softly, why?

I avoided her question. This made her angry. She threw away the chopsticks and shouted at me, you are not a man! That night, we didn't talk to each other. She was weeping. I knew she wanted to find out what had happened to our marriage. But I could hardly give her a satisfactory answer; she had lost my heart to Dew. I didn't love her anymore. I just pitied her!

With a deep sense of guilt, I drafted a divorce agreement which stated that she could own our house, our car, and 30% stake of my company.

She glanced at it and then tore it into pieces. The woman who had spent ten years of her life with me had become a stranger. I felt sorry for her wasted time, resources and energy but I could not take back what I had said for I loved Dew so dearly. Finally she cried loudly in front of me, which was what I had expected to see. To me her cry was actually a kind of release. The idea of divorce which had obsessed me for several weeks seemed to be firmer and clearer now.

The next day, I came back home very late and found her writing something at the table. I didn't have supper but went straight to sleep and fell asleep very fast because I was tired after an eventful day with Dew.

When I woke up, she was still there at the table writing. I just did not care so I turned over and was asleep again.

In the morning she presented her divorce conditions: she didn't want anything from me, but needed a month's notice before the divorce.
She requested that in that one month we both struggle to live as normal a life as possible. Her reasons were simple: our son had his exams in a month's time and she didn't want to disrupt him with our broken marriage.

This was agreeable to me. But she had something more, she asked me to recall how I had carried her into out bridal room on our wedding day.

She requested that everyday for the month's duration I carry her out of our bedroom to the front door ever morning.. I thought she was going crazy. Just to make our last days together bearable I accepted her odd request.

I told Dew about my wife's divorce conditions.. . She laughed loudly and thought it was absurd. No matter what tricks she applies, she has to face the divorce, she said scornfully..

My wife and I hadn't had any body contact since my divorce intention was explicitly expressed. So when I carried her out on the first day, we both appeared clumsy. Our son clapped behind us, daddy is holding mummy in his arms. His words brought me a sense of pain. From the bedroom to the sitting room, then to the door, I walked over ten meters with her in my arms. She closed her eyes and said softly; don't tell our son about the divorce. I nodded, feeling somewhat upset. I put her down outside the door. She went to wait for the bus to work. I drove alone to the office.

On the second day, both of us acted much more easily. She leaned on my chest. I could smell the fragrance of her blouse. I realized that I hadn't looked at this woman carefully for a long time.. I realized she was not young any more. There were fine wrinkles on her face, her hair was graying! Our marriage had taken its toll on her. For a minute I wondered what I had done to her.

On the fourth day, when I lifted her up, I felt a sense of intimacy returning. This was the woman who had given ten years of her life to me.

On the fifth and sixth day, I realized that our sense of intimacy was growing again. I didn't tell Dew about this. It became easier to carry her as the month slipped by. Perhaps the everyday workout made me stronger.

She was choosing what to wear one morning. She tried on quite a few dresses but could not find a suitable one. Then she sighed, all my dresses have grown bigger. I suddenly realized that she had grown so thin, that was the reason why I could carry her more easily.

Suddenly it hit me... she had buried so much pain and bitterness in her heart. Subconsciously I reached out and touched her head.

Our son came in at the moment and said, Dad, it's time to carry mum out. To him, seeing his father carrying his mother out had become an essential part of his life. My wife gestured to our son to come closer and hugged him tightly. I turned my face away because I was afraid I might change my mind at this last minute. I then held her in my arms, walking from the bedroom, through the sitting room, to the hallway. Her hand surrounded my neck softly and naturally. I held her body tightly; it was just like our wedding day.

But her much lighter weight made me sad. On the last day, when I held her in my arms I could hardly move a step. Our son had gone to school. I held her tightly and said, I hadn't noticed that our life lacked intimacy.

I drove to office.... jumped out of the car swiftly without locking the door. I was afraid any delay would make me change my mind...I walked upstairs. Dew opened the door and I said to her, Sorry, Dew, I do not want the divorce anymore.

She looked at me, astonished, and then touched my forehead.. Do you have a fever? She said. I moved her hand off my head. Sorry, Dew, I said, I won't divorce. My marriage life was boring probably because she and I didn't value the details of our lives, not because we didn't love each other any more. Now I realize that since I carried her into my home on our wedding day I am supposed to hold her until death do us apart.

Dew seemed to suddenly wake up. She gave me a loud slap and then slammed the door and burst into tears. I walked downstairs and drove away.

At the floral shop on the way, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife. The salesgirl asked me what to write on the card. I smiled and wrote, I'll carry you out every morning until death do us apart.

That evening I arrived home, flowers in my hands, a smile on my face, I run up stairs, only to find my wife in the bed - dead.

The small details of your lives are what really matter in a relationship. It is not the mansion, the car, property, the money in the bank. These create an environment conducive for happiness but cannot give happiness in themselves. So find time to be your spouse's friend and do those little things for each other that build intimacy. Do have a real happy marriage!

If you don't share this, nothing will happen to you.

If you do, you just might save a marriage.

Last august on its first day on 2009, she shock the Philippines by storm, when her son declared her death due to Colon Cancer.The metro manila area were filled with yellow confetti and ribbons attached through every post on the street. We can hear all of it, about her last minutes with her family, her reminisce of her memories and a lot of condolence to millions of her supporters in the news like her death means a huge impact to many, especially in my life as this country’s citizen.

Actually, it really is a big impact not just for the people on this country but also to other countries as well as she influence us to fight for what is right in this country and take away Marcos’s dictatorship in rest almost 30 years ago. She gives us her divine intervention for us to have this freedom that I had even in my generation.

And now she’s gone, her beauty of being human and being a Filipino still lives in our everyday living. Her smile, her works, and even her colorful story of her life (especially her love story which is my personal favorite) still lingers without any history books can revised it.

On her last grave, we share a lot of things just to miss her and salute my favorite icon. Like spreading these words of love in twitter, facebook and in my personal blog saying “your legacy will live forever in our hearts” and “thanks for the freedom that we had right now”.

And this upcoming 2010 presidentiable election, I can now remind myself that if she doesn’t fight for her husband’s death or fight for her life, maybe I cannot vote freely today election season, I may not enjoy the midnight listening to papa jack while heading home after work, and one thing for sure, I cannot feel myself living like a normal person should be and exercise my right to suffrage.

So in this essay, let me thank her for all of those sacrifices that she gave for her people not just in the past time but also for the present time and hopefully for the future comes. Wanna clue if what she is? She is just the mother of Kris (hehe).

My HIV/AIDS Awareness~

Last Valentine’s Day, the Department of health are put some kind of a project for every consumers there at Manila. For every stub that was return to their booth, their personnel will give a condom and a pamphlet about HIV/AIDS awareness to every consumer who buys bouquet of flowers on that area.

Because of that project, the Catholic Church questioned it very irrational. They try to give the religion beliefs into facts against those condom distributions to people, while the DOH secretary was trying to put the problem based on the reality facts that the number of HIV/AIDS is getting larger than usual.

Yes it is. The number of deaths and misery that HIV/AIDS cases made has put the people in this country a big alarm of wake up calls. Many of these cases are only occur because of our irresponsibility and recklessness in god’s greatest gift for mankind.

Having sex with your partner is good (when you are legally married), especially if you do it in a safe way. I’m not in the authority to advice in this matter, but do you want to feel and taste the pleasure of making love to someone with a bad risk at the end? Especially when you not morally legal to that kind of practice?

Faith beliefs or reality bites? You decide. But like my professor in political science had said that every denominator of their doing, whatever if it is separate on what they beliefs, there’s only one purpose they stand for, and that is to give what is best for us to have.

The Power of English Language that i love!~

In our last youth congress, some delegates out there are making some lame insults over their fellow group mates because of hearing them speak in English. So why are they laughing those people, knowing that they are come from several big time universities in the Philippines? Sad thought that those lame people making lame out in the event comes from Taguig City University. The worst part is that their arrogance and ignorance about these things give the University an apparently bad reaction not just to the students but also to the whole school as well. Well, that situation makes me learn that I really need to learn this language for me to avoid myself from these dangerous and devastating situations.

Some people looked at me in their weird gestures as I laugh on my alone time, watching actors in Grey’s Anatomy and Desperate Housewives, knowing that they actually crack some funny lines. I also find myself cry when I imagine Edward leaving Bella as I read and absorb every word that’s written in New Moon. So I really find myself love watching flicks or reading books if it is on English because it emphasize and shows more emotions in a more universal meaning like every word embrace you in a softest feeling as possible.

One of the things that really pissed me of is when people is becoming ignorant when people speak with them in English, not knowing that they actually making fun of you. So I want to master this language as a defense mechanism not just also for myself good sake but also for me not to find myself insulted by those people (especially the educated ones) by shallow words but it’s meaning is for bad intentions.

In this particular moment, I found myself love doing articles for my blog using English language. Because of this hobby, I’m not just found it very easy to discover a lot of things but also I also see a range of opportunities to learn how to open many doors and take away all the boundaries especially the limitations that stop me to learn. And that’s very cool.

Maybe you’ll be laughing out loud as you reach the peak of reading this blog, but don’t get me wrong if I say that this language really capture my personality in a new level of maturity, and that power really inspiring not just for me but also for other people who wants to see and feel its magic

Someone once asked me if is it automatic for us to be lonely when we’re alone?

In this modernization, many people nowadays we're finding more interesting to not have a significant others or so-called "mutual relationships" to this time that we are becoming wiser in looking for it.

In fact based on a survey, there are 70+% people who wants to be loved than to be the one who will give love.

Smart people? maybe... but surely yes for me.

Why people nowadays wants this status seriously?

According to some people I asked before,that they find it more interesting and enjoying because of it they can do whatever they want to do. It become more freely for them to move by means of making ways to do things that they want or get ON THEIR OWN...

Yup, there's nothing wrong to do it,but if you want to see it convincing, or why many people like me want to be in this non-violated status, this site will surely make you wonder...

I just want to get this out of my chest……

Looking at the other side, I just cannot comprehend why I’m always falling in love in a wrong place at the wrong time?

I just still can’t believe that after that we’d been through, the memories that we had just gone with the wind just like that.

And here I am again making myself believe that I can still have him after of what I’d done to our friendship.

Yes! I admit it. I fall in love with my friend…should I denied it now it causing me pain just seeing you not feeling good whenever he see me?

Should I ask myself so many questions, think of so many thoughts just to bring everything back between us?

Yes! I know that it’s very wrong for us to be together

It’s very impossible even I gave up everything, risk anything, and say something just to make myself believe that you’re my answer prayer….that this was meant to be,
If god doesn’t give way for us, it can never ever be us.

And that’s my problem! Why am I so stubborn and hardheaded for me to convinced myself that there will be no you and me at the end.

So the party in the T.C.U was over. You are not belonging to my first and last dance. I can’t look at you dancing with someone else. And you always look back whenever I look at you like I’m nothing on you. So it’s really over.

Now that the lessons learned, I really do hope that I will apply that lesson to myself.

To start this 2010, I will go to make this opportunity to do what I can do to improve myself.

Well to start it with a music review about this beautiful 24 year old woman who make it big on the music industry after she make it to “X-Factor” as it’s grand winner and Simon Cowell discover her excellent angelic voice.

I’m talking about no other than my favorite Leona Lewis.

After her major success on her 1^st album “spirit” and her biggest breakthrough song “bleeding love” which make her the 1^st British diva that makes it no.1 in the American Charts, she comes back to touch our hearts out on her second album ECHO which release last November 16, 2009.

Now and again, when Leona Lewis sits down in the studio and listens back to a recording she has just made, she starts to cry. Like the millions who have been touched to their core by her voice since she won that show and began releasing a series of songs that defied preconceived ideas of what mere “talent show winners” could ever be or become, she is at times caught off guard by the haunting, ethereal quality in her own voice and is, quite simply, moved to tears.

“... It’s weird I know, but sometimes it feels like something outside myself. It’s not necessarily that a lyric is even something that’s happened to me but I almost feel like it has because I can get swept up by the emotion, and when I do it can be overwhelming.”

Big emotions and sweeping, widescreen melodies form the beating heart of her much-anticipated new album ECHO, which sees her re-teaming with the likes of Max Martin, Ne-Yo and John Shanks as well as working with new collaborators Xenomania and Julian Bennetta. We would even put on movies on in the studio to inspire us, it was a cool way of writing. I’m always thinking of scenes in my head.”

While Leona readily admits she is well aware of the expectations on her in following up her 6 million plus selling debut SPIRIT, she wisely focussed on putting that out of her head and just creating great songs ” none more so than spine-tingling lead single HAPPY, co-written with Leona’s old BLEEDING LOVE compatriot Ryan Tedder. Rising from a fragile, almost acapella intro, a gorgeous piano line carries it to an anthemic life-affirming chorus featuring a gravity defying vocal performance from Leona.

“... That vocal was totally spontaneous, I sang it down as soon as we finished writing, Sometimes it’s better not to overthink things,” says Leona shrugging off any fears of recreating those head-spinning high notes live. “... It’s weird because the highest parts of my voice ‘my head voice’ - are the ones I actually find easier singing. I was trained in Opera so that comes really natural to me.”

Leona says it was hard to think of a title for the album straight away, but when it finally came it made absolute sense. ECHO not only reflects the’ record’s epic and ethereal’ sound, but what’s more it appeals to Leona’s innate love of fantasy and otherworldliness, the places she would go in her head as a child to escape and start creating the songs about other worlds, other lives.

In my open-minded reflection:

She became more mature than before. Her music, the lyrics and meanings became more universal and emotional yet the angelic voice and the emotions that she shows on her songs remains the same but in the different aspects.

Unlike on her previous songs whose concept was talking about love and moving on out in love, Echo is more on living on what reflection or what senses you feel, in short, showing who you are inside.

Her 1^st preview song “happy” showcase her maturity and outlook in music that I love most about her. In her songs in “echo” she talks about not just being in love and moving on out in love, this time she shows living-the-life-you-want thing and surviving the battlefield of love and life without asking anything in return.

Musicality, it became more feel good to listen with no-stress feeling. On the tracks, it became more accessible and great to listen with no matter your mood is and wherever you may be.

One of the songs that really hit me was naked, my hands, I got u,stone hearts,brave and lost then found (with the collaboration with new republic).
